Our design professionals are equipped to help you determine products and design that work best for you within the colors and lighting of your surroundings. Since our meetings take place in your home or office, we’ll work with you to help visualize a design solution that aligns with your taste, space, and budget. Our personalized approach ensures that everything we recommend will fit perfectly within your existing furnishings and space.

Complimentary Design Consultation

Unlike most designers, we typically do not charge design fees or hourly fees.   We’re paid for our expertise by earning a reasonable profit on the home interior products you approve and purchase from us.  All of your complimentary design consultations are held in the most convenient showroom in the world—your home or office.

The Complementary Consultation

At your initial consultation you’ll have the opportunity to share with us your vision for your home, tell us about your likes, dislikes, hobbies, interests, and family because your story is our inspiration for creating a space that fits your dreams, personality and goals.  In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to share your financial plan for your project, or if you haven’t established a plan, or are not sure what it will cost, we’ll help you establish a budget based on the quality and style of the furnishings you’re planning on purchasing.  This is also your chance to get a sense of our approach in creating a decorating plan for your home.  We’ll take measurements, digital photos and gather anything else we’ll need to coordinate your decorating plan.

The Presentation Appointment

On our second appointment, we’ll bring fabric samples, design drawings, wallpaper and/or paint swatches, and other items needed to help you visualize your personalized design. Most of our clients are thrilled with their customized design plan, but a few want to make alterations. We’re more than happy to make any changes—after all, we want YOUR home to reflect YOU.  Once you approve your plan, you set the pace for ordering your furnishings.  You may want an all-at-once total makeover or you may prefer a phased approach to implementing the design plan—it’s up to you.

The Installation

All details of your project are important, and no more so than installation day. We will be on hand to supervise the delivery and/or installation of your items. You will never be left with a delivery person who simply delivers your furnishings, leaving you wondering where everything is supposed to go. We’ll oversee installations, steam window treatments, arrange furniture, hang pictures, make your bed, and arrange rugs and accessories as needed. There’s no need for you to lift a finger, just sit back and enjoy your new surroundings!
